What should I know about payment methods to ensure timely delivery?
We recommend using a CREDIT CARD online to ensure timely delivery. With credit cards, we have guaranteed full payment at the time of order, and you are insured according to the conditions of your card.
Although we offer various payment methods depending on your location country (such as check/cheque, PayPal (if active), etc.), we ship your items as soon as we receive full payment. Payment methods other than credit cards take more time to verify which could delay your order.
Also, please note that cheques must be drawn on UK funds.
How will I know the status of my order after I have placed the order?
We will periodically update you about the status of your order through emails. We send you an email after we have received your order and payment and another when the item ships.
We will keep you informed about any delays to your order. You can check the status of your order on the site by using the link in the confirmation email sent, or by calling Customer Service if you have questions regarding your order.
This is a gift. Do you include the price in the package?
For your convenience, the enclosed packing list does not list pricing. Upon placing your oder with us, you will receive a detailed email, which contains all the required product, tax and shipping break down required by UK law - if you require a conventional invoice, just let us know.
We provide a field for our gift box (optional) to enter a gift message during the checkout flow. The message will appear on the card that comes with the gift box and delivered with the item. Please note, a message cannot be added after the order is placed.
How do I use a coupon or promotion code?
Promotional Codes, Coupons and Gift Certificates can be used by entering the code in a special field during the checkout flow.
What is the return policy?
As always, we offer a 100 % satisfaction guarantee
For all orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, 2008, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by January 31st 2009 and receive a free replacement or full refund (less shipping and handling). Personalised items can not be returned, unless a mistake has been made by us, or the item is clearly faulty. In this event, please get in touch.
