All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%

If your order is being dispatched outside of the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then your invoice will include VAT at 15%

Contract between the customer and Duncan Stewart Textiles Ltd ( t/a Towelsrus ) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate prior to checkout and payment, and will be shown.

Right to CancelYou may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 16 days. See Cancellation and Returns policy below.

Payment & TaxesWe accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Duncan Stewart Textiles Ltd ( t/a Towelsrus ) Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo . All transactions are shown in Â£ sterling by default, and will be charged in UK £ sterling against your credit/debit card. Any other currencies displayed are for guidance purposes only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rate used, and you should verify the accuracy of the displayed currency price (non £ sterling prices shown) prior to placing your order.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (Â£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) or one of the Channel Islands then your sales tax will be zero. Duty & Customs informationAll overseas deliveries are subject to their local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any local import duties, taxes/charges or laws related.

Our Guarantee to You!We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case you will be notified prior to despatch of any goods and offered either a 'partial fulfillment' of your order, amendment, or cancellation. All part fulfilled orders will be completed in full once we receive the remaining items, and these will be dispatched free of charge.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day. Those orders received after 4pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day. On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.

Conformity of GoodsWe take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
