The Velour towel production allows a complete cover of vivid, bright designs or logos to be used with virtually any artwork. No limitations on colour (see below), unlike the woven towels, or the size/ texture limitations of embroidery - this method is simply the best option for promotional design work.

A Velour towel differs from the terry bath towels, because the cotton terry loops that you find on terry towels are cut to create the soft velour finish. This finish is allows a crisp, sharp, clear and better printed design. The other side of the towel has the standard terry 'loop' cotton texture and is fully absorbent and soft.

How Much Are Printed Towels?

The final cost of printed towels is subject to the number of colours required in the final towel design.

Screen/Template Cost

Part of the towel printing process requires a screen to be made from your design. This is used to reproduce the printed corporate image on the towel. The cost of the screen printing is a fixed price and is included in the quote. Once the screen is created it remains yours for any future printed towel production

Minimum Quantities

The following are the minimum quantities we can produce. We can produce a smaller number of items, but the setup and production costs involved would be almost the same as the following minimum orders, and therefore not cost effective for you.
