These couch covers are not made to be thick terry towelling, but rather a light weight cover for ease of care, cost and use. More couch covers in the wash, quicker drying, cheaper cost means larger quantities of couch cover, and frequent changes with every new client / patient. This in no way means lower quality. We have asked Therapists and Practitioners what they need, and produced our line of "Aztex Couch Covers" that we are sure will please.

Fabric softener should never be used for towels as it gradually clogs up the cotton fibres in the yarn, leading to reduced absorbency and a gradual retention of any odours present.
We also recommend that you do not use fabric conditioner / softener on bathrobes for the same reasons, but it is slightly less important with terry robes than towels, so the choice is ultimately yours.
