Printed Towels
| The Printed Velour Cotton towels are one of our best selling
items when it comes to flexible & complex design customisation and
personalisation. All examples shown on this web site are a selection of
actual work produced. The velour towel production allows a complete cover of vivid, bright designs or logos to be used with virtually any artwork. No limitations on colour (see below), unlike the woven towels, or the size/ texture limitations of embroidery - this method is simply the best option for promotional design work. A velour towel differs from the "normal" terry bath towels we are all familiar with, because the normal cotton 'loops' that you find on terry towels have been cut to create the velour look and feel on one side that is thick and soft to the touch. This finish is vital to allow a crisp, sharp, clear and better display of the printed designs / logos and text. The other side of the towel has the standard terry 'loop' cotton texture and is fully absorbent and soft. How Much ?:The final cost is always subject to how many colours are required in the final design, so please email us with your request and include a "small" sample image for us to provide a quote on straight away: "Screen/Template" cost:This is the necessary template used for the production run and once created remains yours for any future production. Firstly we would prepare and check your supplied designs, making sure they are good to use and confirming any changes that may have been required with you prior to proceeding to the next stages. Only once all designs, and requirements have been confirmed by you, will we proceed to the "Screen", More sample images coming soon: we have recently worked with and produced for the following well known brands - Kit-Kat, Dooleys, lastminute.com, Arsenal, RNLI Minimum Quantities:The following are the minimum quantities we can produce. We can produce a smaller number of items, but the setup and production costs involved would be almost the same as the following minimum orders, and therefore not cost effective for you.
