SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES
We work with two delivery partners. Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Typically, we use Royal Mail by default unless Parcels are over two kilograms however our despatch staff will adjust services based on courier collection schedules at times.
We strive to adjust our delivery expectations based on current production schedules as well as updates from our couriers on service changes leading into peak periods (such as Christmas).
All postage costs reflect the costs of the couriers we use. TowelsRus do not profit from delivery charges.
UK customers – please see delivery options advertised at the checkout when ordering. Each delivery option will have an estimated delivery by date.
International customers – Please see table below for estimated delivery turn around from despatch based on the countries we deliver to. We aim to despatch International orders within four working days outside of peak holiday seasons. During peak holiday seasons please allow up to eight working days until desptach plus the below estimated delivery turn around times.
UK Delivery Options
Tracked Courier Service (£3.95)
Offered on all orders. Will be sent Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked, usually a two working day turnaround from despatch.
Express or Next Day (working days) (£7.95)
Majority of our products offer this service, please see product description to confirm as sometimes specific products may not be available on this service. Cut off is typically 2pm but we will adjust based on our production schedules. Please refer to estimated delivery by date at the checkout when ordering. We cannot always offer Next Day (working day) due to production schedules but will strive to offer this service or an Express service for customers needing items on quicker turn around.
Applied to orders over £50 for UK Mainland ONLY.
You must choose this option at the checkout; it will not automatically apply as some customers may wish to choose Express/Next Day instead.
Free Delivery turn around is not offered to be express, please refer to dates at the checkout.
Saturday Delivery (£10.95)
Saturday Delivery is specifically for if you want an item to delivered on a Saturday. It will be sent on a Friday via a specific Saturday delivery service. This service may not be advertised during peak periods or when environmental factors such as weather or a global pandemic restrict courier operations.
During regular operations, we will aim to despatch non personalised items within two working days and personalised goods within four working days (unless express delivery options are selected, in which we aim to dispatch the same day if ordered by 2pm).
During seasonal holidays and special gifting including Christmas, Eid al-Fitr and Mother’s/Father’s Day please allow extra time. We will adjust UK orders estimated delivery dates based on our production capacities.
Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is entirely possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to several factors. These factors can include the locality of the delivery address within the UK, address accuracy, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods, and of course "acts of God". In these cases, we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received within the time frames advised, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this with our courier partners.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
IMPORTANT: Order does not start processing until payment is confirmed and or received. We work with secure payment partners. Orders may also be delayed if the payment is flagged as fraudulent, so please use correct billing information and include accurate contact information so if any issues are flagged, we can contact you to resolve.
